On Friday, October 11, PSATC held its 99th annual Dinner and Installation of Officers at the Historic Radisson Lackawanna Station and attended by over 160 Township Commissioners, Local Government Officials and guests.

Scranton Mayor Paige Cognetti provided welcome remarks with Senator Rosemary Brown (Monroe/Lackawanna) who serves as Chair of the Pennsylvania Senate Local Government Committee provided the Keynote Address.  PennDOT Secretary Mike Carroll offered closing remarks for the event.  Wilkes-Barre Township American Legion Post 815 provided the presentment and retirement of the Colors.

PSATC also launched two video presentations highlighting the organizations progress during the 2023-24 Fiscal Year and a new video "Empowering First Class Leadership" that reviews the value proposition and benefits the PSATC brings to Pennsylvania's 93 First Class Townships.  Commissioners Alok Patnaik of Salisbury Township and Liz McNaney of Upper Gwynedd Township introduced the videos.

2023-24 President John Jablowski, Jr. of Wilkes-Barre Township welcomed the 2024-25 PSATC Officers led by new President Dennis R. Arthur from Tinicum Township.  President Arthur, 1st Vice-President Todd K. Miller of Crescent Township; 2nd Vice-President Dean Villone of Lower Allen Township; 3rd Vice-President Kip McFatridge of Upper Moreland Township and Secretary/Treasurer Rick Saraceni of Ridley Township where all sworn in by Judge Mary Hopper of Delaware County.
