The PSATC e-Library is being built to serve as an electronic resource for PSATC member townships as a service to our members.

The e-Library will be a collection of webinars and related media that provide thought leadership on topics of importance to Townships of the First Class including:

                    1) Fire and Emergency Services

                    2) Stormwater Management

                    3) Human Resources and Staffing in the 21st Century

                    4) Taxation and Revenue Generation

                    5) Solar Energy Generation Programs

Throughout the year, PSATC will provide webinars to members on various topics.  Understanding that not everyone can attend at the scheduled time, the PSATC e-Library will provide access to these events so that Township officials can access the webinars at their convenience and even download to share as appropriate.
