The Central Region of PSATC recently held its Annual Meeting hosted by Hampden Township.
President John Gaspich welcomed the Central Region Township Representatives and presented an update of the organization.
PSATC Corporate Partner Buchart Horn served as the sponsor of the event. An informative presentation on how the company is engaging
municipalities in Pennsylvania was offered by Jamie Keener who serves as Director of Market Development for Buchart Horn and has extensive experience in Pennsylvania local government.
Central Region Officers for the 2024-25 Year were elected include:
- President Alok Patnaik of Salisbury Township
- First Vice-President Sherri Chippo of Hampden Township
- Second Vice-President Bill Miller of Cumru Township
- Third Vice-President Fred Fayola of Susquehanna Township
PSATC Delegates will also include Immediate Past President John Gaspich of Hampden Township and all serving PSATC Past Presidents.
Alternate Delegates elected were:
- Mike Hudak of Bethlehem Township
- Jennifer Caron of Lower Allen Township
- George Tyson of East Pennsboro Township
- Mike Davies of Lower Swatara Township
Commissioner Dean Villone of Lower Allen Township who serves as PSATC State Wide Second Vice-President gave a state organization update.
The PSATC Central Region includes First Class Townships located in Cumberland, York, Dauphin, Lebanon, Lehigh, Berks, Luzerne and Monroe Counties.
A Spring Educational Conference is being set for late spring in the Lehigh Valley and will feature discussions on economic development, community engagement and fiscal management.
